When you use NutraFit, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and fitness-related data you enter into our calculators and profile settings. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, device information, browser type, and IP address. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and where we can improve.
We use the information we collect to provide and personalize the NutraFit experience, including delivering workout and nutrition plans tailored to your goals, powering health calculators with your input data, communicating updates and responding to support inquiries, and analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve features and content. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and secure data transfer. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them to your profile. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your information.
NutraFit uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. We use essential cookies required for the platform to function (such as authentication tokens) and analytics cookies that help us understand traffic patterns and feature usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features.
We integrate with third-party services to provide certain features. These include Supabase for data storage and authentication, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and YouTube for embedded video content. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function and do not provide them with additional personal information.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access the personal data we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate data, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to data portability (receiving your data in a structured format), and the right to withdraw consent for optional data processing.
