NutraFit started in 2022 as a side project between a software engineer, a registered dietitian, and a strength coach who shared one frustration: the fitness industry was fragmented. You needed one app for workouts, another for meal plans, a separate YouTube channel for form tutorials, and a spreadsheet to track it all.
We set out to build the single platform we wished had existed when we started our own fitness journeys. Within the first year, we launched with 30 curated plans, a growing video library, and the health calculators that quickly became the most-used feature on the site.
Today, NutraFit serves over 12,500 active users across 40+ countries. Our content library has grown to 50+ expert-designed plans and 200+ HD video tutorials — all free to access. We are funded by the community, built in public, and laser-focused on making evidence-based fitness guidance available to everyone.
