Currently, NutraFit uses a demo authentication system. You can log in using the demo credentials shown on the login page. Full account registration with email and social login is coming soon.
In the current demo version, user profiles are read-only. Once we launch full authentication, you will be able to update your name, email, profile photo, and other settings from your account dashboard.
Password reset is not available in the demo version. When full authentication launches, you will be able to reset your password via email from the login page. For now, use the demo credentials provided.
Yes. All plans on NutraFit are currently free to browse and follow. We may introduce premium plans with advanced features in the future, but the core library will always remain accessible.
Absolutely. Visit the Plans page and use the filter bar at the top to narrow results by category (Workout or Diet), difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), and search by keyword.
We aim to add new plans on a bi-weekly basis. Our content team of certified coaches and dietitians reviews each plan for accuracy and effectiveness before publishing. Follow our blog for announcements.
Not at this time. Videos are streamed directly from our hosting provider. Offline downloads are on our roadmap and we hope to offer this feature in a future update.
All video content is produced by certified personal trainers, strength coaches, and registered dietitians. Each instructor's credentials are displayed on their video cards.

Our calculators use clinically validated formulas — Mifflin-St Jeor for TDEE, standard BMI formulas from the WHO, and evidence-based macro split ratios. They provide solid estimates, but for medical decisions, always consult a healthcare professional.
Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are not stored on our servers. Your results remain private. In the future, logged-in users will have the option to save results to their profile for progress tracking.
